It was a bittersweet experience, Cecilia is a wonderful, helpful, and easy to talk to receptionist. The person who was in charge of my case— not so much. He doesn’t understand the decisions that a car owner makes especially when dealing with a car accident and insurance. Not helpful at all, said I was difficult because I didn’t want used car parts in a brand new car. About the service, the car looks great at the moment.
