Extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Pulled up to Classic Collision to find that they cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. Kept me updated the entire time on repairs being made. And to top it off the tech even came out and gave me a run down on all the repairs that were made. They have a great team and great systems in place for their business.

See previous comments. There are other repair shops out there, so I wouldn't recommend this one based on the experience I had.

I received a call that the work was done and the car was ready for pick up, but when I got there, I could see right away that they had not replaced the front bumper brackets which caused the bumper to not line up with the fenders (they weren't flush). Adam said that three people signed off on it for QA, that they thought it was acceptable. When I called him out on it, he did not admit that it was wrong, he stuck with the story that it was acceptable to them. He did order new brackets and install them, after I had to mention a couple times that it was unacceptable the way they tried to pass it off. The new brackets fixed the problem, however I should not have had to even mention it, and I had to make two trips to the shop, meaning I missed twice as much work as I should have.
