Very helpful and communicated every step both with texts and calls. They also gave the car back better than I left it. They washed and vacuumed the car. I mentioned that my tire light was on that had nothing to do with the repairs I was there for and they fixed that issues. Great place!

Commitments to complete specific things were not followed through on, (for example the full body scratches from damage at a car wash) and even when I reiterated over the phone with the woman, they still did not take photos and send them to the claim adjustors, so only part of the job was completed.

The receptionist seemed annoyed with my calls and inquiries and would audibly sigh on the phone with me. I also consistently asked for text messages, as I was working and would have to stop working and mute to answer their calls.
