The almost daily updates were welcomed. The staff, Renae and Shawna especially, were kind and knowledgeable. The only thing I was unhappy with were parts that were ordered and they had to be reordered because they were wrong.

Car looks good. Very clean. Not a fan of the text messages which asked me to verify if i had picked up my car. Did not like the demanding nature in which i was asked to pickup my car on friday when i had zero chance of doing so. Asked you to check on the poping noise (most likely damaged rear shock) which ia still there. And finally the giant scratch on my wheel which was not repaired. For 3400 dollars i expect top notch service. I did not get that. Kinda figured this is what i was goona get, and i cannot figure out why this repair was done on a car worth only 3000 dollars. Doesnt make sence to me. Yall got your money tho. Total waste of everyones time and resources. Car is goin to auction anyway. Even with the repair. Very wasteful.

Was not a fan of the ( well when we mark these cars for completion we expect them to be picked up right away. We dont care if it is friday at 330 and you live 50 miles away with no ride. Multiple deep sighs here) Told them i could not make it until monday no matter what. Today (monday) i showup exactly a hen i said i would and my car was wide open. Hopefully it didnt sit there like that all weekend. Not to mention the random text on saturday confirming i picked up my car when clearly you are closed. Making me anxious all weekend wondering if you gave my car away.

We were kept updated almost daily on the progress of the repair. The car looks absolutely perfect after the work was done. They helped with arranging a rental and actually returned it for me when I picked up my car.
