Most of the repairs appear to be completed except for the wheel lips on the rear wheels. However, all of my tires were well below PSI when I picked the car up.

From what I can tell, Justin and everyone else did an amazing job and took their time to make sure everything was prepared properly. I had also noticed my interior, including the mats, were cleaned to the point of looking brand new. I have only ever been here for my auto collision needs, and I will keep coming back here. Though, hopefully I never need to, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. 😅

I found Classic Collision very easy to work with. From start to finish they were available to answer any questions, they worked with the dealership to get parts quickly that were on back order. I never felt as if I was not always given honest answers and solutions. The work seems to be done to total satisfaction. I would recommend Classic Collision if you need any type of body work on your car. I worked with Justin Gates.

I am that "old guy" who worries about every detail on my car. I bought this car just a few months back, new. I scratched it in my garage, was so mad at myself, as it's Crystal Pearl Red, just about the hardest Mazda color to match. I went over and met with Scott the Manager in person (I used to go to this location years ago when it was an independent shop so I was scepital). Ended up having a nice conversation with Scott. He's a local and that made me feel better. He understood the complicated 4 stage process this paint nees (another plus) and I think he and his painter took it as a challenge. He even sent me photos before I picked up. Was done fast but more important, done right. Eventhough it was a small job, how nice of him to take the time out and talk about my concerns This ended up actually being a fun transaction vs a pain in the rear. Kennedy at the front was very sweet and made it easy. You've got a great location there in Chandler and so fee "nice" shops out there so I'm a fan!

I went to this location because years ago it was on by an independent guy who used to work on my Vespa scooter believe it or not. So I was skeptical how good this place would be, but I think they may even be better than the people who had it years ago

Fantastic nice people knew what they were doing reasonable prices. Every other repair shop I talked to said soul Crystal red is so hard to match these guys said bring it in. We’ll get it matched and they did. I know they’re part of the larger group, but they treat you like they’re a small family owned shop. Scott, the Manager very smart guy has been doing this a long time and Kennedy at the front was a pleasure to deal with. Again, I was really impressed by the painter. It’s a hard color but, he matched it, and I think he took it as a challenge.

Yes! To be totally honest I have heard horror stories about how long it can take to get parts. I’m a single mom and this is my only vehicle. I do not have rental on my insurance. Thank you for working hard to make sure the insurance would cover the bid and getting it back to me quickly.

The work to my vehicle was completed in satisfactory time. I had been warned that they were having a hard time finding one part at a reasonable price and if they could not keep it under a certain price, the insurance may total it. All parts were found and price came in under the price mentioned. Insurance approved. They went above and beyond in buffing the headlight that wasn’t involved and returning my vehicle cleaner than when it was dropped off! All repairs look great!
