The management has been a blessing to me but as far as the repair work goes I’d have to say I’m disappointed the radiator didn’t have ANY water put into it causing my Honda to overheat and the ac wasn’t cold at all that needs to be looked into I was sitting at a gas station and my car started running really rough and then my check engine light as well as the exclamation point almost every light started going haywire and began to shut itself off I put a code reader plugged it into car and it had 5 codes pop up relating to camshaft sensor it wasn’t firing on all cylinders I would like to have an idea on why my vehicle wasn’t throughly repaired before I received my keys back I’m highly dissatisfied as far as the repair process has went thus far and I would like to know how much longer my car will be in the shop for thank you your front house staff members are awesome though

We dealt with the Goose Creek and Daniel Island location. Goose Creek location is inept and lacks any kind of interpersonal skills when speaking on the phone. Transparency is not their priority. If you cannot deliver a vehicle when promised then there should be details explaining why. Nothing of the the sort from the person answering the phone in Goose Creek.
