I would recommend my friends and family to run in the opposite direction from this shop. I still have no idea how I'm going to fix this mess, since I can't use my car in this condition.

I need to speak so a district manager or an owner of the shop. When I dropped my car off with the shop, I didn't expect to receive it back in worse condition than I left it. The work was done fast, that much is true, but the quality and lack of care for my property is astonishing. The paint job is sloppy, even after I pointed it out and left it an extra day to get it fixed. When I got home and went to put my kids car sits back in, I realized that the whole interior of my car was covered in a layer of fine sanding dust. That is back sits, carpets, kids toys/books and my previous black trunk carpet is now gray. I think they tried to clean somethings up, because my car smells strong of Armorall cleaner, which I did not authorize to use in my car, since it triggers my migraine. I'm baffled at how this even happened at a "professional" body shop. Also, both sides of my front bumper have surface scratches, as if my car was scraped on something, or something was ran into it. My passenger side door also has paint missing now, where they sanded a side panel and I guess hit the door by accident. The paint is sanded off in that spot to the metal. I can go on, but afraid will run out of room. I should mention that I have pictures of what my car looked like, inside and out, before I dropped it off, in case you would like to compare them to the present condition of my car. So disappointed in the outcome of what I thought was going to be a good experience according to Google reviews.

I brought some of the things I saw immediately to his attention, and all he kept saying was that he was sorry, but when I ask for a possible solution, his response was "That's not going to happen!"
