I have been trying to get a hold of the people at classic collision on clements ferry for a week with no return. The door that was “fixed” is still not closing all the way.

When I showed up with an appointment to get an estimation no one was there and the man that does work on the car had to take pictures. When I showed up with an appointment to drop my car off for the work to be done no one was there at 8 o’clock when they told me to drop it off except for the same man that does all the work on the cars. Sounds like some staffing problems

They told me it would take 2-3 days and I had a rental. . Instead it took 15 days. I kept calling and they said it should be done tomorrow and on and on. When I went to pick it up the gentleman couldn’t have been nicer.
