The staff and treatment that we received from Classic Collision was top tier. From the beginning of the process until completion, all questions were answered with a level of professionalism and care. They delivered on all of their promises and everything was done ahead of schedule. Michelle, Justine, Marco, Alex, and Kevin all delivered excellence in their perspective roles; Administratively and Technically. The car is beautiful! The paint shines showroom perfect! Colin from Enterprise next door was equally as professional and kind. Although accidents are unfortunate, they sometimes happen. Whenever they do, it certainly feels good to know that there is a trusted staff at Classic Collision that provides hassle free service. Once we went in, they took care of EVERYTHING. I commend the entire staff on their professionalism and the quality of their work. Kindness and gratitude goes a long way with me regarding any company business and the measure of the customer service at Classic Collision increased immensely with every single call, text, conversation, explanation, and summary of all business affairs. We had no complaints. They made it easy to begin with and only got better. The atmosphere exuded positive vibes and that made it so easy to trust that they would deliver positive results. I do not want anyone to have an accident or be involved in an accident. However, accidents do happen. In the event that it does happen, I would DEFINITELY recommend Classic Collision.

The quality of the repair work at Classic Collision at 619 Marina Drive was phenomenally executed. When we saw the car, we were overwhelmed with joy! The car looked show room ready as if it was brand new. The Body Shop personnel, Alex and Kevin did an amazing job! I personally spoke with Alex and he was smiling right along with us. (Beautiful moment)...Not only were we extremely pleased, but everyone who saw the car afterwards said that the car looks brand new! Although no one wants to experience an accident, the staff members of Classic Collision really made this process simple and easy. Michelle, Justine, Marco, Kevin, Alex, and also Colin from right next door with Enterprise made the process run smooth without unexpected delays. As previously stated, no one wants to encounter an accident. However, if someone needs repair work, my greatest compliment to Classic Collision would be to recommend this location. Well done

The level of customer service is top tier. From our initial arrival, Michelle and Justine were kind, personal, energetic, compassionate, knowledgeable and warm. They listened attentively and they were professional throughout the entire process. If I had any questions, they were promptly answered and handled with a sense of urgency. Everyone was really kind. I purposely noted everyone's name because they all were a part of the process. Michelle, Justine, Marco, Kevin, Alex, and Colin all should receive a 10 out of 10. I had zero complaints. At least 120,000 (It may be higher now) people have read reviews that I have written over the past few years. I speak truth. If you do not deserve a 10, you will not get it from me.
