Tough industry obviously because there are things moving, parts being ordered, etc. but I felt like the communication could have been a little better about timelines and delays. I had to call on two separate occasions (because I was renting the car out of my own pocket, to be reimbursed later), to confirm the vehicle was going to be done on time, and both times it was only at the time of that call did I find out it had been pushed back. That happened twice.
