Kept me posted on schedule; times are very difficult with Cv19' s impact on supply chain and technician health and well being. Totally understand extended time on repair - - roughly 2 weeks later than originally planned.

Would recommend because the body work was done great, but front desk needs better training with multitasking and customer service

It was wonderful, the car was repaired flawlessly and they even took the time to wash and vacuum my car! Will definitely use them again if my car needs to be repaired

The front desk personnel were a little scatterbrained, before pickup we were told one quote and at the time of pickup it was a totally different quote after searching for our paper work, and had to get on the phone with the insurance company when we picked up the car, then the lady at the front desk asked 3 times for a phone number because she couldn’t remember it while putting it in the computer and charged our debit card twice the amount due, and had to issue a refund and we were the only customers there picking up and the phones weren’t even ringing....maybe it was their first day?! Definitely needs more or better training to multitask a clerical job
