Everyone at Classic Collision Cypress was wonderful to work with and made this process as stress-free as possible for me. Everything from the estimate to the Final Walk through, the team was welcoming, reasonable and very thorough. I greatly appreciated the frequent updates and quick turnaround time. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful of the whole process, especially since this was my first time going through it. She even offered to do an extra walk through with me. I received text updates throughout and they even finished early. the man at the front when i picked my crv up was also kind and humorous. The entire process was made a breeze and eased a stressful situation. I would take my car back there in the future.

I have (unfortunately) needed a body shop twice since I moved to Houston in 2023,, after the first incident last year, I did some research and I chose Classic Collision on Cypress N Houston. This turned out to be the very best decision! Then when I got rear ended in Arlington this year, guess who I called! They are so warm and welcoming and informative, they made sure the rental was all set up to my liking and also updated me MWF, the customer service here is PERFECTION!
