This was a better than expected experience. I've never had to have my vehicle repaired through insurance. Robert helped me understand the process, answered all my questions, offered assistance, and really made me feel like I mattered. That's not a common experience these days. It's entirely because of Robert's superior customer service that I chose ProCare for my repairs. And the front desk lady was sweet and helpful also. The paint job is not great but the customer service up until I picked up my vehicle is definitely brag-worthy! Thanks Robert!

The quality of the work was fine. I was some disappointed with communication. I delivered my car on Monday and was told it could take 5 to 10 days. I called on Friday for an update and told that you didn’t know about parts. I asked if someone could give me an update on Monday, and the response was yes. I heard nothing until the call the following Monday, that my car was ready.

Staff was very friendly! They were very accommodating from the moment I arrived. Our rep provided great service and updates throughout the repair. They were very accommodating when my wife and baby showed up to pick up the car, offering to move the car seat back to our car. Great service!
