Hi When I went to pick my truck the rear step bumper was not level, it was leaning half and inch to the left,. The representative of overviewing my car said He will call GEICO to get an approval to fix the rear bumper. As of today I have not got a call from him yet, If by Friday I don’t get va call from him I will call him and find out about what the next step to fix this issue.

Robert Meza was wonderful. He took great care of me. Explaining everything, and keeping me informed of progress on repairs to my car. He was polite, caring, very upbeat. You need him to train others as he was great. I felt like he put me at ease with his sincerity.
