This ended up being a completely stress free experience, which I was not expecting. Even though it was right at Christmas time, my service was excellent. All the information about my car was communicated with me ahead of time, and even when there was a delay due to an issue with a part I knew exactly what was going on. The worker helping me was super polite and respectful of my time.
