Other than my vehicle is STILL at ProCare after 3+ wks, I understand the delay in getting parts but being without a vehicle, stranded alone without seeing my family throughout the holidays, it's been very difficult.

Miguel and Rueben made my experience great! Miguel was very thorough in explaining the repairs that would be done to my car and what the final product would look like. Rueben completed a final walk through of the car with me to ensure everything was great. Both attempted to fix some cosmetic scratches on the front of the car as well. The two were so kind the entire time and I really appreciated that they cleaned the inside of my car for me. Thank you!!
