I am very happy with the repair on my 2011 Lexus. The only issue (minor) is that reflector on the bottom right of my bumper is not mounted flush to the bumper. I will be stopping by next week for it to be adjusted. Otherwise the repair and the staff were outstanding!!!

I got my car back full of ants. I came and someone sprayed inside the door. I left and then they started coming from the dash. As far as the workmanship for the grille, I was happy with it. I ended up leaving my car at the shop so someone can address the issue. So I’m still without a car. 😔

The repair wasn’t bad. It was after I got my car back that was the issue. My car was infested with ants. I complained about it and they sprayed some bug spray and sent me away. I attempted to drive home and ants were still coming out of everywhere. So I dropped the car off and had to take rideshare service home. I didn’t have my car for two days. They didn’t compensate me for what I paid to get home or the extra day without a car. They half cleaned the cars interior and I still had ants days later. I had to pay for a professional detail and wasn’t compensated for that either. I expressed my concerns and was told that they would speak to the regional manager about compensation and it’s been a week and no one has called me yet. I think this is unacceptable.
