everyone I dealt with here was super nice and helpful. I just got my car back two days ago, but everything seems to be in good working order. I was also pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed out my floorboards. it wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture.

They had my car for a month and rarely called with updates. As I left the shop my check engine light came on. A man told me he'd call me to schedule a time for the mobile scan guy to come out and I never heard another word from them.

There is a piece of plastic hanging on front of car and the car horn sounds muffled (it did not sound like that before accident).

No one ever knew what was going on with the car. I passed on from person to person. On the day they said they were sending back to Buffington Road, I was told I would be called. I decided to call myself after it was getting closer to closing time. I was then told it was there but they were closing and I could get car on Monday. I had to fuss in order to be able to retrieve car that day.
