The repair was done well, but unrelated to the bumper repair my steering gear shift was broken and when I arrived home from picking up the

The bumper repair was done well, but damage occurred to the gear shift. I reported the damage before leaving Classic Collisionand declined leaving the car to have them repair it. I immediately took my car to the nearby Subaru dealer. A pin was missing from the gear shift. They ordered a replacement and I drove home. When I arrived home I could not remove the key. I drove back to the dealer and asked that they repair it. I reported my concerns via voice mail to the manager at Classic, but was never called back. I spoke with the service rep there also, but got no resolution. My car was at the dealership from Friday until Tuesday. What happened to my car at ClassicCollision? I will never know, but wow never return there again.
