I'd refer someone because of Lindsay and her exceptional customer service however the time frame of repair was unacceptable.

Car still makes loud rattling noises in the rear and makes noises when accelerating that can be heard inside the car through the AC vents. Concerns were expressed and was told nothing is wrong. The exterior of the car looks great however there are mechanics issues still.

The receptionist Lindsay was so amazing! She did her due diligence to follow up with my on a daily basis. She was personable and empathic to my situation and the 6 week long repair. Lindsay was very thorough, knowledgeable and was patent with me throughout the entire process! She is perfect for that position!

The alignment of the hood, fender and headlight assembly could have been better when I picked it up. It still could use a fine tuning adjustment.
