Overall, our experience was disappointing. While the repair was completed, the quality of the work did not meet our expectations. The replacement light they installed was already scratched, which should have been caught before returning the vehicle. We understood that mistakes happen and we appreciated them working to get another tail light. However, after taking a closer look at the repair area, we also noticed thick paint drips, suggesting a lack of attention to detail and poor finishing work. We expected a higher level of care and quality control, especially for collision repairs.
