They did a really crappy job to the point I'm taking somewhere else to get fixed the paint job was crappy and the mechanic work wasn't done and the invoice listing a lot of things that was put on my car was not put on my car

When I told them the issues wrong with the repair all the Lady said was bring it in will look at it no I'm sorry or we will fix it then she begins to tell me what was wrong with the car but I was not told anything until I made a complaint so why was I not told about the issue before I complained keep in mind I had my car looked at 2 weeks before the accident and what they are saying is wrong with it was not when I had it looked at

When the accident happened I was in shock and seriously didn’t know the first step to take. Your help has made all the difference. It was so nice to hear the progress on my vehicle regularly. It was reassuring and helped to ease my nerves. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the process couldn’t have gone smoother. How convenient it was to be able to return my rental at your business. Also, my car looks so good!!.Thank you to all of you who worked on getting my car fixed up and looking good. It’s nice to know that there are people out there who care about the job they do and do it so well. Feels so good and is a huge relief to be back in the saddle again!!
