First of all, thank you all for making this such a seamless and easy experience. The repair was perfect. Because my husband has cancer and is no longer able to drive, you had one of your team members ride back home with us and take the car back to be repaired. We sooo appreciated that. I am afraid we did not get her name, but she is beautiful and has long dark hair and had a very vivacious personality. We were so thankful for the consideration !!! In addition to being so kind as to make it easy for us to get the car to the shop, she also picked me up in it to take me back to settle This same young lady washed our car and it looked brand new when she drove it into our driveway! The price was very reasonable as well. The level of professionalism and skill with which our repairs were made with text updates and the help with transportation made a difficult time of having a wreck so easy to navigate! Its ok but the front bumper has a run in the paint and the right side od the bumper does not match up with the fender seam very well. And they could have washed the car off before we came and got it. But other than that they did do a quick turn around and made the experience easy to do.

The Classic Collision in Fort Oglethorpe is tremendous. To start with the staff from the receptionist to the estimator to the manager were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.I was kept up to date on the repair process, and the repairs were spectacular! So, obviously the technician was professional and skilled as well. I could tell my truck was well taken care of while it was at the shop. If I ever need body work again I will definitely come back to Classic Collision in Fort Oglethorpe. I will also recommend this shop to everyone I know that needs body work.

Multiple issues: Paint looks like an orange peel, scratches on the vehicle that weren't there when the vehicle was dropped off, tire that was replaced doesn't match the others on the vehicle.

Very to no updates on the progress, my vehicle was there 2+ weeks before it was even touched, meanwhile I was told repairs were in progress. Susan in the office is GREAT and very helpful. However, Aaron is extremely unprofessional and was very rude when I pointed out a couple of the issues with the repairs of my vehicle, made me feel like I was an inconvenience and a bother, didn't speak a single word me.
