There's another body shop in town that does equally good repairs with good customer service while saving on your deductable ... if an accident is your fault.

The paint looks rippled, there is an Interior loose piece where the glass was replaced. I was told to take the car back to get refixed. this is a huge inconvenience now that I have turned in the rental and my time is valuable.

The body and paint repair work was completed well. However, I am disappointed with the windshield replacement. After picking up the vehicle on 07/09, I noticed noticeable wind noise starting around 40 mph, which was not present before the repair. This appears to be a possible windshield sealing or installation issue. I appreciate the team’s effort, but I am waiting for a follow-up appointment to have the windshield inspected and corrected. I hope this issue can be resolved properly, including any required recalibration if the windshield needs to be removed and reinstalled.

My first time in there was uncomfortable as it is, considering my had just damaged my vehicle. The receptionist was not very welcoming nor friendly, only made the experience and moment more awkward. Steven was great though I wish I would score him separately on this question
