I was notified during the end of the first day how long it would take and exactly what work was going to be done. Like clockwork!! CC even offered to drop my vehicle to my house since I was close by. I keep getting these texts 30 days after car has been picked up. You broke the lug off a hub for a wheel repair and didn’t want to fix. Never communicated the damage or the fact you didn’t want to repair and we’re giving a customer a poor product. When I called to get an update after 1 week of no contact, the car was ready…and technician seemed lost as to if it was really fixed.
