It is still a work in progress. Basically, the repairs were handled in a proffessional manner but they damaged my left rear quarter panel glass that still has to be replaced. I would have given them a rating of 10 otherwise as Erick (GM) was were helping and responsive.

I can’t recall her name, but the young lady who helped when I first arrived on 9/23 was super helpful especially given the frustrating situation that I was in. She was able to get my paperwork processed and on to Enterprise. Alex was great with communicating the completion of vehicle. The team was very professional and I’d recommend them to anyone needing car body repair.
