Process for work, excellent. Was able to use car until parts ordered and painting complete before dropping car off. Great paint match. Payment policy disapointing. No cash and 3% uplift on credit card. Cashier check has additional charge. Cash payment is only releif from payment penalty.

The repair itself (roof/ windshield replacement/ paint) seems to be great and I have had no issues so far; however, the inside of my car was left dirty with dust/ dirt all over the trunk and dirt/ grime/ paint marks on my front leather seats which fortunately came out after thorough scrubbing on my end.

Quality check wasn’t done well. Paint still needs to be polished - very rough edges which was disappointing

This is the second time you have tried to repair the car. First time there was clearly no quality check as the quality of the paintwork was deplorable. The 2nd time when you tried to make good, was actually worse !! You have asked me to bring back the car for a 3rd try and you need the car for another day. I will need to rent a car again so trust you will pay for those costs !! I can’t tell you how upset I am and the inconvenience this causes me Keith Iliffe

Our experience here was fantastic!! Obviously it is the worst to need to be at an auto shop with car needs, but I always found myself brightened (despite the circumstances) by the staff here (specifically Devon)! My repairs were completed quickly, they were communicative about process, and I'm super happy with how things are driving out of their lot!!! We will always always go here for our car needs!
