I gave an eight rating only because I am satisfied with the job that was done, but I did have to return it to be adjusted. Even though there were some small minor adjustments that needed to be done, it was done quickly and without haste. I will be using classic collision Galleria if I ever need bodywork again.

The lady at the front desk was very attentive and informational. But the others did take quite a bit more time to return phone calls, which I understand because of how busy everyone is. But there were times when someone said they would return the phone call at a specific time and didn’t do so until the day after.

My car was damaged in a small collision. I reached out to this body shop and was able to get my car into the shop quickly. Customer service was very friendly. My car came out of the shop looking brand new. I was very impressed and highly recommend using this shop for all of your car repairs.
