The only counsel I would give is to not over promise time for completion of repairs. In other words, if staff is lean or cars are lined up for repairs, be honest about the expected time schedule.

The team at CC’s, Grove St. location, is wonderful! From the moment I dropped off my car, updates were sent. Informed text, as well as automated updates (for car status) were sent the entire time the vehicle was there. You never had to call (and wait 20 min. on hold!) to figure out what was going on. Karyn, the receptionist, was so helpful. She helped with the rental car and was able to answer any questions. From the first inspection to the after repairs walk thru, every single employee was fantastic. I can’t forget the guys in the back. I live in the country, my car gets dusty and dirty quick. Not only was the outside cleaned but they even cleaned the interior and had it smelling so nice! You can tell everyone goes above and beyond. I appreciate the teamwork and would refer friends and family to Classic Collision. Great job and thank you, again!
