Satisfied with the work on my vehicle. Suggestion for the workers. Don't throw cigarette butts in back of customer truck bed. As a no-smoker, I didn't enjoy picking them out of my truck bed. Especially when this virus is still going around.

In the beginning of the process I was satisfied with the level of communication. I filled out a paper stating I would like to be updated daily via text, email, or phone. That never happened. My car was delivered a day late and we had to ask for certain parts to be put back on. 2 1/2 weeks later, my husband has to go pick up the final piece.

I had to call to inquire even when the customer serv rep would say she would call me back or set a time and date to call me. I never received a call. When inquired, she stated she called me and left a message, but I have no missed calls or voice mails.
