This experience was amazing. The repairs were done with in four days of drop off and five days before expected. The young lady even offered to come out on her day off (Saturday) to meet me to allow me to close the transaction and retrieve my vehicle due to me not being able to get there due to my work schedule and business hours. I was very pleased with the whole experience and service!

Hanley kept me updated daily by phone in addition to that over-killing texting system. His calls were always polite, professional & to the point. Please throttle back on the texting, I was made aware when my vehicle would be ready so I’m not one of those who needs a daily update of the progress via text
