Every aspect of our contact beginning with a Saturday morning call, throughout our experience with this team has been so positive. Every detail explained, frequent updates on how repairs were progressing. Excellent work and completed actually a day before predicted. Lovely staff! This is (unfortunately for me) the second time I’ve had to drop my vehicle at classic collision in the past year. Both interactions have been great. The service advisors are constantly communicating the status and ETA throughout the process and they make it as easy as possible.
