They did a very good job on my vehicle. Had one small hiccup with some plastic molding not totally in place but they took it right back to their body shop and fixed it right away. Other then that no complaints

Process was easy and transparent from the estimate to pick up. Workmanship was great as well however j did need them to correct something at pick up which wasn’t major but glad I caught it before leaving. Really like how they partner with rental car company as that made having a replacement vehicle easy. Also kudos to them for fixing my stuck door handle at no charge even though that was not part of the reason for collision repair. Would definitely use them again!

The whole experience was awesome! Now, of course I didn’t like the idea of having my car bashed in the front my fault, but still if there’s a location that I need to take my car to to get fixed regarding any sort of collision, then classic collision is where I’m coming. I have friends who smash cars all the time it appears probably because we’re getting old, I will direct them to your location if I’m able to of course. Belinda was awesome, magnificent really, and the service technician —can’t remember his name didn’t have much hair no offense, he was also awesome. So a dedicated crew right there it made a emotional situation much easier to bear because they were with me every step of the way and kept me informed on a daily basis actually with text messages or phone calls, I had a rental so I was not inconvenienced, but I appreciate their diligence anyway not that I’m looking forward to seeing you folks again due to a collision of course, but it’s nice to know you folks are there I’ll never forget you or your location. Thank you very much! Please, if you can pass on to Belinda she’s a true professional and the same goes for the other gentleman that I was talking to. He might’ve been the one that did the initial evaluation. You folks have a wonderful day. The car looks and drives great!

The technicians were outstanding, and Belinda was especially noteworthy. There were some issues obtaining a proper bumper through no fault of collision. It seemed to be supply chain issues, but they were very prompt in keeping me informed as to the issues of transport of which none of us was their fault, but they always kept me informed and aware of any issues. I really appreciate their expertise and kindness through the entire ordeal. I know that if I have friends who have a collision of some type, I’m going to recommend classic collision is the best alternative! Thanks to all for taking care of my BMW. Have a good day.
