Both fender brackets on the passenger are bent, but instead of replacing tried to straighten out. Paint cracked and chipped on the fender due to bumper hitting it, and not repaired. Installation of parts and detailing on the vehicle not so good, but paint match is pretty spot on as far as I can see.

I’ll be honest, I was worried about quality and the service when the business changes hands… but as far as I can tell the only thing that changes was the name and maybe a few faces. The quality is still top notch and the customer service is second to none!

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the level of communication I received from your team. It really helped to ease my mind while waiting for my car to be fixed. I could also tell that your company and your workers were first class. I especially liked the blueprint message. I actually looked it up to see what it meant and was blown away. I finally picked up my car. It’s been gone since Memorial Day and I am so pleased. Every call I made was answered with compassion and professionalism. I had to fly in to Louisville to pick up my car all the way from Florida and my plane was delayed.and the wonderful Kerry ,who answered the phone,told me she would wait after hours till I got there. In my book all of you are at the top of the class !!! Job well done and with a personal touch. Outstanding service and people.
