The office staff was super helpful and kept me informed. The only small think I could suggest by way of improvement is that I was told I would receive an all on Tuesday and Thursday with the status of my repair but never got a call on Thursday. I was able to check the status on the portal though so it wasn’t a big deal at all. :)
