Lee and his team did a fantastic job of repairing my Model 3. I was especially impressed with the great communication throughout the entire process. This is the third time in the past year that someone has run into one of our vehicles, so we are frequent fliers at this point. My overall satisfaction is low due to the vehicle being returned with a severe, lingering mildew smell in the cabin that I've been dealing with for weeks now. For a certified repair, receiving the car back in this condition—likely due to unaddressed moisture or improper seal installation—is unacceptable, and I expect the shop to reach out to make this right.
