I would. Jeff and Collette go above and beyond to see that your customers are satisfied. Even though I waited longer to pick up the car than expected, they responded very well in keeping me informed and by expediting the remaining services needed.

If you were to ask Jeff, I bet he would say that I did not have a good experience. There were a couple of extensions on pick up dates due to the holidays and I even waited in the lobby for over two hours to pick up the vehicle. Jeff and Collete were on top of everything while I waited for the Tahoe to get detailed and the wheel corrected at the tire center next door. Without their attention to detail and determination to make sure the repairs were completed correctly, this could have been a poor customer experience. They are both very skilled in customer service and know how to treat customers. It?s unreasonable to think that everything runs smoothly 100% of the time. It?s how you respond to those issue that create make or break the customer experience. They know how to respond and they really do go the extra mile for their customers.
