What company owns a business where there wifi and phone systems are down for a week? Unacceptable

The parts that were repaired have dirt specs extruding. It has tree sap and buff marks on the tailgate and both sides of the truck I had to remove. I picked it up with a broken windshield that wasn't there before or after the time the progress was shown to me. Now I have a broken windshield I drive around for at least 3 weeks or more. You people dont inspect vehicles before having the client pick them up? Now I have to pay again for Uber to and from for your mistakes and be without a vehicle. Windshield has aftermarket tint also so that needs to be replaced.

He w a s very responsive. Things that happened wasn't his fault but he should of made sure a newly painted vehicle wasnt exposed to tree sap or parked under them.
