The experience was amazing starting from appointment to completion of work. Service advisor Jason Lenning was very knowledgeable, very transparent on what is needed, gave reasonable quote comparing to other places, and kept me updated on progress regularly. At the time of delivery of car, Jason reduced the total cost and gave discount, because the work was less than quoted, which is very unlikely others being so honest

I am satisfied with the body repair results that Classic Collision provided. However, I did not understand that the spoiler was a separate operation from the trunk lid. So the spoiler was not painted. I am thankful that CC did touch up a nick on the spoiler. Overall I am happy about the repair.
