I feel terrible I don't remember her name from the front desk(tacoma location). She was so wonderful to me and working in the customer service industry it's hard to get true customer service and she went above and beyond. Great experience.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work that was done, and the communication from Classic Collision (specifically Jason, he was very professional and comprehensive to my questions), but I believe that Classic Collision is handicapped by their ability to get things done efficiently by the insurance company’s unwillingness to have them confirm parts are appropriate to the install prior to the painting process. It benefits the shop and the insurance company to charge me as a customer more money for replacement parts that didn’t fit rather than making sure they were right prior to painting. I understand it takes more time to put multiple pieces together prior to paint to make sure parts are correct and fit, but that process is a gamble if they take the extra time to paint before pre fit. It is unfair to the client too !hope! Once the parts are painted that everything will come together properly, rather than taking the time to “dry fit” unpainted parts. In my industry, you don’t “hope” or “assume” finish parts are proper, before checking, in order to shave time off of the scope. Because when you are wrong, it more than doubled the finish line timeline.
