I was dealing with insurance and it was all super painful and annoying. But they got the car in on a Tuesday and we picked it up on Friday. Super easy, super pain free, super nice staff.

The repair is not complete. I was initially misinformed, with no follow up e-mail as promised by Gage regarding when parts were ordered, when I should bring my Santa Fe in, or how long it would take to complete the job. Now I have to bring my car back to have the items that were not completed finished. The only positive part of the experience is Dave. He was very professional and apologetic while acknowledging the errors and omissions made during the repair. He has assured me that your shop will make things right.

Repair took forever. I had to call the shop everytime to find out what was taking so long -- no one from the shop updated me. Then you can't paint my car due to all technicians being out with COVID and I come pick up my car with 3 associates in the room all maskless.

Same reasons mentioned before. Also was told my parts came in, vehicle was fixed, and only needed to be painted -- should be done in 2-3 business days max. I call back on third business day and technician lies to me saying he just got the part. I called him out on this saying I was told otherwise, this was when he said all painting technicians were out with Covid
