From young man who drove me home after drop off and picked my up to get my car, to Julie the woman in the office and Matthew Cuellar, the gentleman who was my point of contact I couldn’t be more pleased. My experience was by far one that I wasn’t sure of but am totally convinced was the best. Unfortunately, having to deal with a collision place was not a first for me in my 55 years, but should I have to go somewhere again this place is it. I’m hearing impaired and they made sure they treated me with the utmost respect and care when communication was needed. Text messages were always the best way to communicate with me and they made certain to send me detailed information that way. Then the repairs themselves were done wonderfully and in an extremely timely manner and I am very happy. Their customer service was outstanding. Thank you for your attention to detail and complete kindness.
