From the moment that I started the claim with State Farm I immediately got a call from that point on I scheduled to come in. I was great at very kindly very professionally then I got an opportunity to speak with Jacob Hernandez our collision specialist. He was always upfront very knowledgeable. Very easy to talk with. Kept me up-to-date weekly. From this experience, I now know who I will trust with any of my car repairs. I for sure will let everybody I know that has or been in a car accident.
