I’m not from the central Texas area and people have NO COMMON SENSE in the area. But here at classic collision, they actually had common sense. My 10 rating of being satisfied is no where near the experience I had. If I could leave a 100 I would. 10s all around the board from the receptionist, Holly my service advisor, and the technicians I didn’t not get to meet who worked on my truck. Holly did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process! Absolutely amazing. I didn’t have a rental at the time I was dropped off. They’re lounge kept me busy and cozy. With the drama infilled TV shows, magazines, hot coffee, and snacks. I wouldn’t mind spending the whole week there. Super glad I went with Classic Collision for my auto repair. Highly recommend and won’t leave you dissatisfied! Thank you to everyone that helped me out.

Hollie gets a 10 for sure. She did an excellent job. EXCELLENT! 62 days at you facility was eat too long. The new receptionist, Francesca, is rude and does not listen to customers.

My service advisor Hollie Barringer was AMAZING!! She called me weekly to make sure I was updated constantly, and even kept assuring me that they were trying to keep things moving even when stuff was on back order. I am very impressed with the repair and with the customer service that was provided. When I came to pick up my car today she even offered to put my license plates on. Went the extra mile!!
