Work done on my car looks great. Office staff was welcoming and supportive. My completion date was delayed, but the reason why was explained to me. The only problem that I had was that I dropped off my car on a Monday and I did not hear anything from Classic Collision the entire week until i called a week later and asked if my car had been reviewed. I wanted to get an idea of the cost to repair as well as an anticipated completion date. I feel that information should have been delivered to me in a more expeditious manner.
