I am admittedly quite picky about my cars, and when my BMW was hit, part of me was mentally preparing for the worst. With visions of ripples in the body work, mismatched paint, body rattles, electronics that didn't work properly and all sorts of other horrors, I found myself almost dreading seeing my car again. I'm happy to report that my fears seem to be unfounded, and the car returned to me is appears exactly as it was prior to the accident. I saw that over 80 hours of labor went into the repairs, and I'd definitely want to offer my sincere thanks to everyone at Classic Collision who worked on my car. I was also impressed with how smoothly the transaction went and that I didn't find myself stuck between my insurance company and you guys. It truly was just a matter of dropping off the car and waiting for it to be repaired, and the entire claim was handled between my insurance carrier and Classic's team with no need for me to get involved or be surprised by the cost. Great job to all involved, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Classic to anyone finding themselves searching for a top bodywork shop.
