It was a challenging repair as there were creases in the rear quarter panel where it joined the wrap around rear bumper. Paint is a perfect match.

The outside of the car itself looks great. Fantastic job. Only problem is that the cleaning used on the inside of the car (which I didn’t expect) looks smudgy all over the center console and makes it look dirty and gross. I’ll take the time to get the smudges out tomorrow I guess. The work done to the car itself on the outside looks great and I’m very happy with that.

Quality of the work done on the car was without question, however, it took 4 days to complete a very minor paint blemish and a minor dent. Four days to complete this work was very inconvenient.

My car looks like new, as it has only 10 K when rear end accident occurred. I selected CC on advice of insurance company. It was a great choice. The staff are very competent and friendly. Communication by text kept me updated on repair progress almost every day. I am exceptionally pleased with every dimension of their services. The only sad part was that an accident brought me to them.
