I was a little frustrated that the website showed that my vehicle would be ready on a certain date and it wasn't nobody called me to let me know that the dealer sent the wrong part. I understand that stuff happens, but I would have thought that you would call me, not the other way around.

While the work you did was fine the car came back with a dent I wasn't aware of It probably happened in the accident but I would have had it fixed if you pointed it out. Ot terribly noticeable but you could have earned a 10.
