My car pickup date was pushed back several times and each time I was receiving the same message. No phone call on why it was being pushed back numerous times, no update other than the automated message. I would have loved to simply receive a text stating at the moment they didn’t have an exact pickup date but nonetheless Im amazed with the work I just wish the communication would have been completely honest and not just a repeated automated message.
