I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle repair and the overall lack of communication throughout the process. I was told that an authorization link would be texted to me, but I never received it. I was the one consistently reaching out for updates, through text which should not have been necessary. Additionally, there was no final walk-around conducted with the adjuster before my vehicle was released. Within minutes of picking up my car, I had to return because I noticed damage to the front passenger wheel that had not been addressed. Now I will need to bring my vehicle back again once the replacement wheels arrive. This is extremely inconvenient and requires additional time that I simply do not have.
